Gaussian 98 A9 Benchmark timings done by Rich Sudlow on May 11, 12, 16th 2000. Benchmarks run on 14 processor Sun Enterprise 4500 named tulum.west with 14 GB RAM. Processors were 400 MHZ with 8 MB L2 cache. Disk subsytem was a 2 way stripe using 2 T300's with 1 disk. Solaris 8 OS, Fortran & C are version SC 5.0, with performance workshop. All times listed are in seconds.
